Rather than setting lofty goals for yourself this year, the experts advise resolution keepers to "make tiny, incremental adjustments until they are part of your muscle memory. By starting small, you can attain big results." Make a list of big goals, then jot down small habits to achieve those benchmarks. Before you know it, you'll have kept your 2024 resolutions.

Be Specific
